What to test in your 24 hours
A day goes quickly. Spend it on the things that actually decide whether you will be happy in three months, not on scrolling the channel list.
- Watch during your busiest hour. Evenings between 7 pm and 11 pm are when home networks and ISPs are under most strain. A line that is smooth at 2 pm and stutters at 9 pm is the thing you need to know about.
- Try a live sports channel. Sport is the hardest content to stream: fast motion, high bitrate and everyone watching at once. If football or NBA holds steady, everything else will.
- Check your local channels. Search for the three or four channels you watch most. If one is missing, tell us — sometimes it is simply listed under a different name or group.
- Open the TV guide. Make sure the EPG shows what is on now and next, in your time zone. If it is an hour off, that is a one-setting fix in the app, not a broken guide — see our EPG guide.
- Play a film from the VOD library. On-demand titles should start within a few seconds and let you skip forward without long buffering.
- Test on the TV you will really use. A phone on Wi-Fi next to the router is not the same as the bedroom TV at the far end of the house.

After the trial: keeping your setup
When the 24 hours end, the test line simply stops. Nothing renews, nothing is charged, and you are under no obligation.
